Shipping policy

All regular items that are already created will ship within 3-5 business days.  If you order a custom order please allow 3-4 weeks for creation, customization and shipping.  I will send a tracking number as soon as it's generated.  If you are local feel free to let me know and we can work something out for local pickup and you will have your shipping fees refunded immediately - or choose local pickup if available.
